Section 15 :
Eligibility of member for the re-appointment :
Subject to the other terms and conditions of service as may be prescribed, any person ceasing to be a member shall be eligible for re-appointment as such member:
1.[Provided that no member other than an ex officio member shall be appointed for more than two consecutive terms.]
