Section 84 :
Protection of action taken in good faith :
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the State Government, the Controller or any person acting on behalf of him, 1.[and adjudicating officers] for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
