Section 136 :
Penalty for contravening rules, etc., made under Section 38 :
Whoever disobeys any direction lawfully made under section 38 or abets the disobedience thereof shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to 1.[five thousand rupees] or with both.
