Maharashtra Police Act 1951
Section 130A :
1.[Gambling in street :
Whoever assembles with others or joins any assembly in a street assembled for the purpose of gaming or wagering shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to 2.[two thousand five hundred rupees] or may be released after a due admonition].
