Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees:

Offence: Mischief, and thereby causing damage to the amount of 50 rupees or upwards.
Punishment :Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both.
Cognizable or Non-cognizable :Non-cognizable
Bailable or Non-bailable : Bailable
Compoundable or Non-compoundable : The person to whom the loss or damage is caused.
By Which Court Triable :Any Magistrate

Whoever commits mischief and thereby causes loss or damage to the amount of fifty rupees or upwards, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
