Criminal breach of trust by carrier, etc:

Offence: Criminal breach of trust by a carrier, wharfinger, etc.
Punishment :Imprisonment for 7 years and fine.

Bailable or Non-bailable : Non-bailable
Compoundable or Non-compoundable : The owner of the property in respect of which the breach of trust has been committed.
By Which Court Triable : Magistrate of the first class.

Whoever being entrusted with property as a carrier, wharfinger or warehouse-keeper, commits criminal breach of trust in respect of such property, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
