Wrongful confinement for three or more days:

Offence: Wrongfully confining for three or more days.
Punishment :Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both.
Cognizable or Non-cognizable : Cognizable
Bailable or Non-bailable : Bailable
Compoundable or Non-compoundable : The person confined.
By Which Court Triable : Any Magistrate.

Whoever wrongfully confines any person for three days, or more, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
