Abetting in India the counterfeiting out of India of coin:

Bailable or Non-bailable :Non-bailable

By Which Court Triable :Court of Session.

Whoever, being within 1.[India], abets the counterfeiting of coin out of 1.[India], shall be punished in the same manner as if he abetted the counterfeiting of such coin within [India].
