Punishment for criminal trespass:

Offence: Criminal trespass.
Punishment :Imprisonment for 3 months, or fine of 500 rupees, or both.
Cognizable or Non-cognizable : Cognizable
Bailable or Non-bailable :Bailable
Compoundable or Non-compoundable : The person in possession of the property trespassed upon.
By Which Court Triable :Any Magistrate.

Whoever commits criminal trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine or which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
